My maid is now a millionaire!

I just want to share with you our great joy at home: One of my maids is now a millionaire. Because of the
rise in the stock market recently, her investments inched above the one million-peso mark.
I’m now in Australia to preach to the Feasters
in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. But when I get
home, we’ll have a little party at home to celebrate.
After all, very few bosses can say, “My maid is a
millionaire.” Haha!
I’m so proud of her. She’s very disciplined,
investing each month without fail. Most often, she
also invests almost her entire Christmas bonus.
Actually, she’s not our maid anymore—she’s my
bookkeeper. (She took up a college correspondence
course.) But she still lives at home, and is so
hardworking, after her office work, she still does
household chores for us, even if we don’t ask her to,
because she just loves serving our family with great
devotion.
She’s only 32 years old. I’ve computed it already—if she keeps this up, by the time she’s 60, she’ll have P30
Million.
Cool.
I’m now asking her to aim for the P2M mark.
And I’m encouraging my other maids and drivers to invest more so that they’ll become millionaires too.
